Midlife is in many ways akin to puberty; hormonal changes and body changes that we haven’t been taught how to handle. As women, these changes can affect our quality of life, but do they need to? Today I interview Val Schonberg, a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, a Certified Menopause Practitioner with The Menopause Society, and a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Val shares how to approach midlife in a weight neutral and body positive way, with physical and mental health in mind.
