Wir sind Anke (Psychologische Psychotherapeutin) und Dominique (Autorin und Mental Health Advocate). Mit unserem Podcast wollen wir die Entstigmatisierung von psychischen Erkrankungen voranbringen und sprechen deshalb offen und schamlos darüber. Außerdem räumen wir mit Vorurteilen auf, setzen uns präventiv ein, erklären was Diagnose wie zum Beispiel eine Depression, Essstörung oder Borderline ist und wie Therapie so abläuft. Dabei kommt der Humor bei uns nicht zu kurz.
