Ep. 29 | Max Baumann
I am Max Baumann, and I am from Miami Beach, Florida. I am 19 years old at the University of Miami studying Sociology with minors in Ecosystem Science and Policy, and Sustainable Business. My ultimate ambition in life is to create non-profits that are sustainable and aid the world in any way I can. I am most passionate about learning about the energy industry, environmental sustainability (especially marine ecosystems like we have in South Florida.) The means of achieving my goals are going to require a lot of capital, and I realized that early on. So last summer and this upcoming summer, I worked and will work in sales for a commission-based job to spend my summer most productively building as much capital as possible. This past fall semester, I spent self-educating myself on the Forex market, and the Stock market, for the means of long term and short term, and I dabbled into the Crypto market as well. Simultaneously, when markets were closed I spent my time grinding the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate course in which I am now licensed in the state of Florida. I am a Man with a Mission, and I am only just getting started. Thank you for tuning in to my first appearance on Youtube. :)  P.S. I also created a stock Discord where me and my friends chat about all sorts of assets on all sorts of market. Whether you are new or experienced it is a great community to be apart of!   Instagram: @maxcbaumann @apolloroadinvesting    Clubhouse: @maxcbaumann --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/reed-kastner-lang/support

Ep. 28 | Ryan Sullivan and Stefano Selorio
Ryan R. Sullivan: Rapper, Producer, DJ, Podcaster - but not always in that order, just depends on the day! I’m Ryan R. Sullivan, also known by my stage name “SullyBop.” In 2016 I released my first single and since then I’ve cultivated over 3000 amazing fans with 2 EP’s and a full length album. Music continues to be a huge outlet and part of my life, and my work as a performer and professional DJ has been the most rewarding.  Aside from my weekend performances, I’ve created a podcast production company called Podcast Principles. This is now my fulltime job and I wake up grateful everyday just to be able to make somebody's dream of spreading their voice to the world a reality. My hope through everything I do is to enable others to do the same; find their voice and allow it to be heard.    Stefano Selorio:   Stefano Carl Selorio is the Founder and CEO of the Care Culture Company, the parent company of Carevocacy. He is also an undergrad student at Nova Southeastern University majoring in Marketing and minoring in Entrepreneurship. He is the son of nurses, a brother to two siblings, and takes care of his grandma who is diagnosed with Alzheimer's. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/reed-kastner-lang/support

Ep. 25 | Sue Knutson
I am a mom of triplets plus one (4 boys).  I was the mom who always brought in treats for every school event - 90% of the time I brought in cookies.  Many of the parents told me I should sell my cookies because they were so good.  There is a little more to the story here, but I ended up starting my business in 2015 but it was a frozen cookie dough product (NOT gluten free) that people could buy and bake at home.  As my product reach grew, I was being asked more and more if I had anything gluten free.  Thinking it was a trend, I dismissed it at first but then realized that there was a white space in the market so made a pivot to gluten free - not cookie dough, but a fully baked, fresh cookie product line.    nakedbakercookies.com  IG: @nakedbakercookies --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/reed-kastner-lang/support
