Today, we’re going to do a basic breath meditation. I caught myself taking meditation too seriously, which was actually making me a worst meditator because I was only focusing on my flaws so it became more like a chore. Instead of seeing meditation as a test to see how well you can stay focused, let’s just play and explore and have fun.
