The band is renowned for its high-energy live shows and their adolescent humor. Comprised of bassist/vocalist Mark Hopper, guitarist/vocalist Tom DeLonge, and drummer Travis Barker, the band is experiencing a resurgence in popularity having just tied a record for the largest number of weeks at #1 on the Billboard Alternative Airplay chart. Blink-182’s 2023 hit, ONE MORE TIME, ties Portugal. The Man’s 2017 song, Feel It Still. Both songs spent 20 weeks atop the Billboard Alternative Airplay chart, however, ONE MORE TIME remained at #1 for 20 consecutive weeks from the time of its release while Feel It Still sat atop the chart off and on from June to December of 2017. In 1961, a band influenced by the southern California lifestyle (surfing, cars, and girls) emerged from a garage in Hawthorne, California. The band consisted of brothers Brian, Dennis, and Carl Wilson, their cousin Mike Love, and friend Al Jardine. They were called The Beach Boys. Need we say more?

From 1970 to 1974, for 96 episodes, there was a wildly popular musical sitcom television show that aired in the United States. The show was called The Partridge Family.   It was a fictional American family who played music together, but The Partridge Family was based on a real-life family: The Cowsills. The Cowsills were comprised of siblings Bill, Barry, Bob, Paul, John, Susan, and Paul, along with their mother Barbara. Founded in 1965, the family band has produced their signature harmonies for over five decades releasing their latest album, Rhythm of the World, in 2022.
