For our very first Denstone Healthy Minds Podcast, I was joined by speaker, mental health campaigner and author, Hope Virgo. Hope uses her experiences of mental health illness to champion the rights of others, inspires them to get well, and help break the stigma of mental illness. We also discussed the impact of lockdown on young people’s mental health and the importance of self-care.
