What He goes to prepare is the way into them, and He prepares it by going to the cross. He promises to come again and receive His own unto Himself. When Thomas asks how the way can be known, the Lord Jesus Christ answers by naming Himself. The message ends where it began, on a promise made to His people together. If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
