I don’t want to read to sleep by robots. Use of AI narration is acknowledged in episode notes. Why aren’t more people outraged about AI narration in sleep podcasts?

The stories are great, very effective, exactly what i need to fall asleep. The background sounds ruin it for me, however. The tones are headache triggering. Not everyone can tolerate those tones.

I’ve been listening to sleep stories for YEARS. I’ve had subscriptions to apps and other podcasts, but this one is the best I’ve found. The stories are relaxing, but not boring. They also have a lot of variety in their story topics, so you won’t have to listen to the same story over and over again.

The narrator’s voice is soft, soothing, and steady, the kind that settles into your chest like a warm cup of tea. My favourite is the Scottish Castle story. There’s something about the quiet halls, the soft rain against ancient stone, and the way the narrator drifts through every corridor that sends me off quicker than any sleep aid ever has. It feels like being wrapped in a wool blanket inside a dream. If you’re an adult who needs a calmer way to fall asleep, this one is a wee treasure. Perfect for nights when your brain refuses to climb down off its high horse.
