I am a friend of Steph and Sylvester and I know first hand how awesome they both are. And even with my proximity to them, I couldn’t have imagined or appreciated what they have been navigating. On that front, I have great admiration for their bravery to start this podcast and shed light on this important topic I am a man…This podcasts is about a topic that I have very little knowledge about because there isn’t much discussion around it (especially amongst men) and many of us only start learning about it when we are already in it…And so the radical authenticity that has been a dna element in each of these episodes has been refreshing and eye opening. I’m learning so much and I’m so grateful that Steph has created this platform for many of us to bypass the taboo essence surrounding this topic so we can discuss this topic and learn. Women go through a lot and yet in hearing these sort of stories from Steph and other close friends makes you think “dang…again???Really???”. As the curtain gets pulled back I realize how much I get to learn about the experience that is uniquely woman, journey to motherhood/parenthood and the journey with a partner. I look forward to learn and soak in hopes that I can be better when I’m in this journey myself. I’m excited for future episodes and stories and Letters and discussions that explore all sorts of dimensions within the context of this discussion….and and and Needles to say, I’m locked in.

What a genuine, articulate young lady - inviting others along her journey to discuss THEIR journey… Mixed with real life emotions, disappointments and clever humor… 🙂 All the while challenging she and her family to stay the course and persevere. Kudos !

This was so eye opening. To listen to a women’s journey to become a mom was so revealing to me. I am looking forward to following this young women’s journey.

I love that Steph is telling her story with grace and intelligence, and widening the lens to include other supporting sources. I learned a lot just from the first episode. I’m sorry she is going through this, but her strength is inspiring, and it reminds me that we never know what someone is going through.
