K guys, this is the most honest and real I’ve gotten with my story. Addiction is something I’ve been around and involved with in different capacities my whole life. It’s also something I’ve really come to DEFINE FOR MYSELF. If I worked an AA or NA program, you could call this My Story: I talk about substance abuse, alcohol, and sex but completely don’t even mention my binge eating and food habits. Oof! Nonetheless this episode is lit in a couple ways ;) and I have a lot to say about what addiction and shadow work has meant to me, how it teaches me, how it shows up, and the ultimate reward if we can choose to master it.
