Incredibly interesting and thought provoking. Deadweight tells the stories of dispassionate employees and how they have found satisfaction in new and different endeavors. It makes me want to focus on a passion project :-)

I like how this podcast focuses on people who follow their passions. We all can be deadweight and tell those awful stories about work, but it's refreshing to listen to folks who really go after their dreams. Cotton and Reed were a great group of guys and their story is one for the ages. Good job!
