Fantastic podcast!
This is one of my favorite podcasts. The interviews are so wonderful and in-depth and I always walk away with more information and education on queer horror. I absolutely cannot recommend it enough 🖤

A perfect interviewer
Michael does such a great job interviewing his guests. He's a natural and puts people at ease so naturally. You can tell he's deeply into the conversation and has a need to learn more. A great guy and a great show. What more could you want. Don't miss it. --Terry

so laid back and comfortable to listen to
As someone who hosts their own show, I'm always trying to pick up on the styles of other hosts. Michael does such a great job of making his guests feel comfortable, and these epsidoes feel like a genuine conversation among friends and peers. Excellent listen.

Utterly Charming
I’m not usually big on Interview format podcasts, but thanks to Michael’s charisma and charm, this podcast broke down my wall. He’s always got entertaining guests (some well-known, some not) and somehow manages to keep things interesting for over an hour each week. That’s not an achievement many interviewers can claim! Keep ‘em coming, Michael!

A new favorite
Micheal is a charming, engaging and funny host. More interesting guests than any other podcast about the inside of the industry.

Great show, great host
So happy to have these archives to go through. This is a well-done show that does a great job examining the knee section of sexuality and horror.

Not your average podcast.
If you have even a passing interest in horror, cult movies, or entertainment as a whole, you owe it to yourself to listen to Dead For Filth. Michael is a phenomenal host with an absolutely overflowing fountain of knowledge, love, and respect for the subject matter. I've been inspired, moved to tears several times, and really awestruck by the quality of the converstaions on display here. Give it a listen! You will not be disappointed.

What a Treat for Halloween!
Great fun listening to Michael Varrati interview Thomas Dekker on the Halloween episode! You guys are so knowledgeable about the horror genre. I liked how Thomas paralleled the isolation sometimes associated with discovering one's place in the LGBTQIA community, with a lot of horror scenarios. Very thoughtful discussion. I attend a monthly Women in Horror film class where we talk about women's roles in horror films. We also focus on how LGBTQIA and POC are treated. Your discussion fit right in. I'll share the podcast with the group. Also, thanks for the huge list of horror film suggestions! I already knew some of them from Thomas's 10 Days of Halloween, but it was good to be reminded of what I still need to watch. I have my work set out for me.

Dead for Filth >
Only a few episodes deep and already one of my favorite podcasts. Michael's a great host and so cine/genre-knowledgable. Great guests -- Kansas Bowling ep is particularly great.
Subscribe. Pass it on. Tell 20 of your friends.
