Dr Inbar Levy is a Senior Lecturer at the Melbourne Law School, specialising in the interaction of law and psychology, particularly in civil procedure. During our conversation we talked about how she came to study law, how AI may or may not change the way we practise law, and why we should all be interested in civil procedure!

Julian Burnside QC is one of Australia's foremost public interest advocates. He has been involved in prominent public interest cases studied in Consti and D&E, such as the Tampa Case and the Trevorrow Case, and he recently stood as the Greens candidate for Kooyong. During our interview, we discussed what makes a successful barrister and public interest advocate, balancing public interest work and commercial work, and the importance of the arts in his life. Scott Stephenson is an academic at the Melbourne Law School specialising in Constitutional Law. We talk about the advantages of a judicial associateship after graduating, how he became an academic, and his recommended scuba diving spots!

Tim Baxter is the Senior Researcher for Climate Solutions at the Climate Council, a non-profit climate advocacy group. Before joining the Climate Council, Tim was a lecturer at the Melbourne Law School where he taught Tort Law. During our interview, Tim discusses his experience of studying law as a single parent; how the law is being used to address climate change in Australia and internationally; and what his recommended tea is!

Wayne Jocic is a lecturer at the Melbourne Law School and is the current subject co-ordinator for Obligations. Wayne has a background in economics and philosophy, and specialises in the study of Construction Law. This is the third and final in our series of shows about first year JD subjects.
