Welkom in "De Macht van Angst", een podcast die angst letterlijk te lijf gaat. Deze podcast is ontstaan uit angststoornissen die mijn leven sterk beïnvloedt hebben. Angststoornissen lijken nog één van de laatste taboes te zijn als het op geestelijke gezondheid aankomt. Tijd dus om het angst-taboe rechttoe rechtaan te doorbreken en meer te weten te komen over hoe welke remmende angsten ontstaan, je klein houden en hoe je er vanaf raakt. Mijn gastheer en psychiater is Tom Herregodts, gespecialiseerd in het (h)erkennen en eigenzinnig behandelen van mensen met angsten.
