足助の聞き書きde回想法
話し手の喋り言葉で構成する「聞き書き」の手法を用いて、愛知県豊田市足助地区の歴史や暮らし等を書き残し未来へと繋ぐ あすけ聞き書き隊は2012年よりNPO共存の森ネットワークの指導のもと活動しています。
足助で暮らしてきた80歳前後の方々の人生を綴る作品集「足助の聞き書き」の朗読音声を約５分にまとめました。愛知県西三河地方の方言に懐かしさを感じ回想法に役立つことを期待して定期的に朗読を配信してまいります。
※回想法とは過去の経験や思い出を語り合う心理療法の一種で、認知症の進行予防やうつ状態の改善が期待されています。
