Lover Davi and this podcast 🙌🙌 she’s so funny and love her guests! When I’m having a bad day I love listening bc it makes me feel so much better!

This gal Davi is rather immature, emotionally un-evolved and unaware. I believe her unfortunate upbringing has stunted her emotional development. At the same time I find her to be wonderfully creative and original. Truly one-of- a-kind. There is so much potential. But her lack of self-awareness and accountability and her insistent finger-pointing at the Other is simply insufferable. I, for one was relieved when she was let go from the other morning show.

Podcast is great can’t stand Bert show anymore everything you said is true he’s just a Bully.

I truly feel like I just had the honor of a front row seat at Davi’s Ted Talk on Resilience. As a former P1 who listened to the old show daily (even when not living in Atlanta) for nearly 20 years starting at age 11, I was one of those die hard fans who stopped listening IMMEDIATELY after that segment on air. While I’m not surprised in the slightest that she’s risen from the ashes like the saucy spicy pheonix she is, I can’t help but get the warm fuzzies listening to this update. The honesty, perspective, bravery, and frankly the structure of her message delivery is exactly why she connects with listeners on an emotional, rare, and ~rEaL ~ level. Her final takeaway about freedom resonated with me deeply and hit home on a phrase that I also recently connected with in a life changing way - “I trust future me to handle future problems.” As a fellow ADHD-er to another, cheers to leaving behind that anxiety inducing, out of our control, unfair, crippling fear that steals more from our souls than it even feeds the flames of the bullies. Whatever is going to happen, is going to happen. Sounds like a Future Us problem, and I can’t think of anyone better for the job. ¡Viva la Scape GOAT!

Really appreciate Davi for speaking out. The fact that she experienced toxic work environment amazes me and I can truly relate. I’ve had many jobs where I had to quit due to the toxicity and favoritism of other people who were the MAIN issue who cause other good workers to leave or get fired. I’ve stopped listening to that other show since the altercation that happened LIVE last year I was shocked because it was that noticeable and you knew that wasn’t “part of the show”. I’m glad she’s using her platform to speak up since others can’t. Lord knows all the stories I wish I could tell if I had a podcast. Keep it up Davi wishing you the best. ❤️❤️

This is the episode many of us, who love you, have been wanting to hear. The clarity of events that transpired on that previous show that will not longer be spoke of… I had my theory of who the aggressor was and this episode cleared those muddy waters and answered even more of the unknowns. You are an amazing person and now, without the pasts distractions, this world is Davi’s Oyster! I look forward to episode 51

This sounds like my current workplace. I have looked for over 6 years & haven’t been able to find something close to what I make an hour or above what I make. This episode makes me feel like it’s normal to hate the job.

Funny, addictive, current w/just the right dose of different. Glad I came here & plan to stay for future episodes

First two episodes talks about how she survived a toxic family then proceeds to “speculate” that her employers released her information with no proof of this speculation. And she labels herself the scapegoat. She labels herself that and then accuses everyone else. Sounds like SHE labels HERSELF the victim from her perception. it’s her perspective. I hope one day she decides to take a look from all perspective but she might need to seek different counseling.

The first thing I do when I wake up on Tuesdays is to check and see if the new episode has been released yet! I’m really enjoying hearing Davi in her own space and it’s been a great journey to follow along with!

Worst podcast ever

I love Davi & Blair, but I haven’t been interested in listening for a couple months.. I enjoyed the episodes at the beginning with the tea & comfort human intros, but the rest feels flat. The episodes with GA Followers was grating and directionless. Why am I expected to know who they are and just listen to them talk aimlessly? Loved the episode with Spencer because it was actual storytelling and on-topic. I was excited to see Walter’s name come up on the newest episode, but again was a directionless conversation between friends. There’s no real introduction or background there. A new listener wouldn’t listen to that and be interested in sticking around. There is no structure, and the new girl boss phase doesn’t feel right. It is like sitting in on a boring random women’s panel at a work conference. Would love there to be a balance of conversations about serious topics and general silliness. Davi has proven that she is funny and creative, and I hope she finds her footing. But for the love of god please come up with an outline of topics and let your personality flow from there. Broadly Speaking did this well.

Davi, I loved you on The Bert Show and Broadly Speaking and I, along with millions of others, was stunned when your ‘departure’ was announced. But girl! Being able to listen while you find your authentic voice and make no apologies? It’s an amazing thing to hear. I can’t wait to hear and see what you do next - the possibilities are endless for you. Go get ‘em!

Thank you for an authentic first episode. I am a ‘scapegoat’ to the very radio station and ‘coworker’ you speak of. Back in the beginning days my now ex-husband was called out LIVE on air from the PD while he was doing a live show from a club that “UPN Atalanta was doing a feature on, insert his name, infidelity. The air waves went silent. All of Atlanta heard it. The next day this same ‘coworker’ on the morning show had no issue making fun of this event that forever shifted my life by making jokes about ‘making out with the intern in closets.’ Needless to say this ex husband got fired from the station and I was left to pick up the pieces of my life from a public divorce based on a ‘bit’ that the radio station called out on the air for ratings. I knew all of these people, we were ‘family’ and yet they had no regard for me or my situation. It’s all about the ratings. My ex-husband came home, played it for me to cover up his guilt, pushed me to hire lawyers to sue the station for slander & defamation of character. He quickly stopped me when it was getting too real and then boom it was all truthful, he got fired and he left me to go to SF with the intern, drained the bank account and left me with all the debt that ended up in me losing the new townhome, cars and filed for bankruptcy. However he got to go on with life and ‘move up the ranks’ until finally the energies balanced and well….energy has a way of returning to its original creators. Thank God for podcasting now b/c radio is mainly all ego and unfortunately many in that ‘old’ dying industry will be washed up soon enough as the spiritual truths become more important than ego manipulation for a rating. Good for you on taking your story and using your voice to gain your energy back. I hear you. Divine timing at its best. Side note: I have my own podcast now too. ShelbyRADIO which was my own personal vindication from a clean up of unjust. However now, as I’ve grown through that experience I am now releasing a whole new podcast. Keep growing and speaking! Your energy and truth does shine through your words you speak. Thank you for being a voice.

Davi I hope you listen when ppl criticize you, I do believe coming from first hand experience your show could invite listeners that are going through family or work place drama to tell their story. I do feel as it sits now the podcast is a bit all over the place. Love you Davi.

Today. Of all days. A “mental health” podcast couldn’t have done better.

I really want to like this (I miss hearing Davi on the radio, show is nowhere near the same without her) but I just don’t understand it. It was presented as a way for Davi to tell her side of the story, but aside from a couple episodes where it’s addressed as more than just a side comment, and even then not very clearly, it’s just her talking with her friends. There’s no theme or direction to the conversations and the listener is left feeling like an out-of-the-loop third wheel in the midst of inside jokes. The title Scapegoat doesn’t really match any of the podcasts content. I hope it can find some sort of direction soon.

Love the comfort human shows. I cried and laughed. I’ve never experienced what happened to you but I think this was the best way to come out of it with people who care about you. I am excited for the next chapter with girl bosses. I want to hear these stories as a mother of two and continuing to work up the corporate ladder.

Looking forward to Phase 2 and following along with Davi as she navigates and grows in her new role as Boss Babe. I appreciate her sharing her story with us.

I listened to you for years on the Morning Show! Couldn’t believe when I stopped hearing that beautiful voice on the radio. You were my favorite character. I noticed things beginning to change on the show. I was late to find out what happened to you. I am so sorry. Some people should be ashamed for what they put you through. But I am grateful for this podcast. “Meeting Davi” really spoke to me. I have been “The Scapegoat” in my actual family, at work, and in a group of friends. I am the rainbow sheep in my family because I am also a lesbian. I look forward to catching up on all the episodes and continuing to listen to you for as long as your voice is out here to listen to! I’m playing catch-up listening to the content and I have to say that the conversations are genuine and the laughter is contagious. After listening you just can’t help but have good vibes and feel great.

I LOVE the outtakes or whatever you call the last little bit of the show after the closing song!!! Always sooo freaking funny!!! Thank you for sharing your life and experiences with us!!! I always loved you on the radio but love you even more now in your own setting!!! It’s awesome seeing you comfortable and able to be yourself and not worry about anyone else!!!

What I love most about this is it’s raw, real, and not scripted. It feels like I’m just hanging out with my friends having a laugh over lunch. #TeamDavi

I stopped listening to the Bert show because I felt nobody was genuine except Davi. I hated hearing her be pushed aside. Then one day I decide to go back to see if anything has changed, only to learn my favorite had been terminated. The “family” ostracized, isolated, and tried to silence her. Then I learn that she has a podcast! Davi always has and will always have my full support and I pray that when life hands her lemons, she makes some spiked lemonade. Keep up the amazing work Davi and always stay true to yourself ❤️

My favorite part is reading the fake 1 star reviews from the Bert show when it’s so obvious because if you know Davi she is REAL and FUNNY. 😁

I guess I’ll start by saying I’m elated that Davi did not allow The Bert Show to silence her hilariously authentic voice. I’m along for the ride and can’t wait to see where it takes us💕 EDIT: Editing my review now because you said something in a recent episode that hit the nail on the head. I’m not a dog belonging to Davi that she can just call off. I considered myself a P1 listener of The Bert Show for over a decade and I will NEVER listen again. I feel like we just barely peeked behind the curtain… Not only is there no wizard, but the wicked witch is actually back there attempting to play both sides of good and evil. It worked for a while, but at some point everyone will realize it’s all just a sham.

Girl, I am loving this pod!! As a huge long time fan of the wonderful human you are, I followed you here from the “one that not be named”. I stopped listening the day your presence ceased to bless that now cursed environment, and I never turned back. Their crusty vibrations shall never accost my earlobes again! Lol I would be stoked beyond measure if you ever bring your show to Vegas! For now I’ll just try to be satisfied by listening here, and following your delightful face on TT and insta. 🫶🏻
