A long time practicing Buddhist friend turned me on to Dave’s teaching. I think he is most excellent & has been very influential in helping me find a path in my own work. Perhaps most of all I love how there’s no pretense with Dave’s delivery. He is sharing his direct experience, his foibles, & his struggles in a way that really opens the door for the rest of us. That is huge. Hope to do an in-person retreat with him one of these days. Rock on.

I love these talks. They aren’t traditional reflections on Buddhist practice—dharma talks that get really professorial or abstract. They’re relatable, but without losing the depth. In fact, he relates practice to our every day life in ways that have deepened my understanding of meditation and Buddhism.
