Well, hello. Welcome to Dark Stories from the Campfire's Christmas episode. Today we present to you three dark tales that take place on Christmas. Our first dark tale involves a young surgeon, who, when home for Christmas dinner, finds himself attending a seance. And when the ghostly image that is conjured reminds him of a misdeed, the surgeon is forced to make a confession. For our second dark story, an anthropologist sets out on their first field study, but when she hears a story of an ancient spirit, she might be in deeper trouble then she realizes. For our final dark story, an annual Christmas party is underway, but when the guest of honor finally arrives, the guests have more on their minds than dancing. Thank you so much for listening. For our first dark story, we find a young apprentice huddled in fear next to his master, for he has conjured a spirit he could not control. For our second dark story, a young boy, excited for the Great Pumpkin, finds an odd box in his room. But when the box it open, the boy begins to act strangely, and his mother begins to wonder who he really is. For our third dark story, a gentleman, on his way home, finds an odd object in the road. But when the man starts acting frantically, the source of his disturbance is not what he expected. For our forth and final dark story, we follow a group of friends on their way to a party. For this episode we present three dark stories. The first one concerns a magician. After falling on hard times, he makes an agreement with a stranger under a street lamp. But when the agreement is broken, the magician faces dire consequences. Our second story is about a young woman, who is recruited to housesit for her sister. During a power outage, the  young woman begin hearing strange noises and is forced confront a figure on the stairs. For our third dark story, we listen to a sailor as he describes being cast away from his ship, landing on a deserted island, and stumbling upon a cave.
