This morning I was reminded to sing in the Sunrise to clear my mind, body, heart and soul of frustrations. This is my reset for today and I will have to make a habit of it again! The first song is one I was gifted almost 20 years ago by Spirit when in a tumultuous time of life. The second song is an adaptation of a song I wrote for my youngest son when he was defying death as a toddler. I've changed the power animals from his to my own. It seems fitting.
