From ghosting, to crying and even drunk dialing our 20's were a whirlwind! Cheers to growing up, getting wiser and making better decisions with age because you can always reflect on 'remember when'?!

We don't always realize that sometimes the things that we've seen from our parents as children makes us unintentionally react in certain ways in regards to how we love our partners and go through the motions in our relationships as adults. It's about time that we clear out that baggage and find our own paths to happiness and not let it be defined by what our mother and father went through!

Coming across someone you have things in common with is one thing. Even connecting with someone who just catches your eye is another but there's such a beauty in getting past the superficial and really diving into what unites us, what holds us and most importantly ... how does my soul really attach and relate to yours.

To absolutely no fault of your own or even other people life may come at you fast and require you to let go of friendships that you love because sometimes they simply appear to be toxic in nature. But what happens when changes are made and finding your way back to each other seems to be difficult? Can the friendship really be better ... the second time around?

Death is roller-coaster and it's a ride that no one wants to be on. Experiencing loss through physical, emotional and even spiritual means holds a lot of weight and it's hard to carry it alone ... so thank the high heavens for genuine friendships who can hold your hand while you open up the book ... to heal.

We've laughed, cried, screamed and used a lot of profanity that our parents probably would disagree with together!
