We all have moments when we feel down, disconnected, or just plain out of sorts in our relationships with God and others.This week in our "Rhythm" sermon series, we're getting real about these struggles. The stories of the past – especially our familial past – form an essential frame for the canvas of many of our lives. Or, if our familial past is unknown, we might find ourselves illuminated by the stories of our country's past or the past stories of the people group with which we are associated. The bottom line is that our perception of the events that came before us can provide powerful context, perspective, and even guidance for our decisions moving forward.
