Meditation will do the trick... and so will journaling about happiness. In this week's series, you're guided on a Happiness journey following along with the guidelines of Dr. Sandi Mann, a psychologist from Manchester UK who wrote a book called, "10-Minutes to Happiness, A Journal that Will Change Your Life." In each episode, you'll discover a time-tested question to boost your happiness that you can Journal about and also reflect on as you meditate.
