Changing the format slightly, I'm going to record a short introduction to the show so you can just listen repeatedly to the affirmations. The Empowering morning affirmations can be found here. Empowering Morning Affirmations

Hi, I’m Neil Robson, The Affirmation Show will cover affirmations or mantras for you to repeat or write down.As a hypnotist I know that repetition is a very effective way to lay down new neuro pathways into your unconscious mind that can then be utilised to get you thinking and acting the way you really want to.I’ll cover all subjects but if you’d like something specific, get in touch and I’ll sort it.Episodes updated twice a week.Pick an episode for what you’d like to work on and listen to it daily for 21 days, this length of time allows the affirmation to become embedded into your unconscious mind and becomes your automatic thinking pattern.Thank you for listening and have a great day.You can also listen to the meditations here.https://www.spreaker.com/show/guided-meditations_4
