Discipline is the greatest form of self love and self respect. There is not a single successful person who didn’t achieve anything great without discipline. It is the thing that makes you do what you have to do, when no one is looking and when everyone is looking. Discipline is the reason you either trust yourself or you don’t. It requires boundaries, it requires action and consistent faith. You cannot be disciplined and put yourself last. And when you are practicing living this way, you will be tested because few people practice it.
What would your life be like if you gave yourself the gift of discipline?
What would your life feel like if you had the confidence and the courage to not care what others think because you know who you are?
Who might you become if you trusted yourself so much that you bet on yourself and won?
"The cave you fear to enter, holds the treasure you seek." - Joseph Cambell

The way women are taught to exist in the world is systemic. It has been a passed down tradition and like so many traditions when they go on long enough, no one seems to question why they exist, or why they began in the first place.
The Curate-Her Podcast comes from the questions I found myself asking one day. And I have been sprinting to unlearn decades of messaging, in order to find out who I am, and who women really are - without the world’s opinion. I'm Michelle Chandler, an interior designer and entrepreneur, a mom of two girls, and a 36 year old woman that woke up to how small and unworthy I had allowed myself to be.
This podcast is a sounding board for the realty of women's lives. We are so starved for transparency and we want to feel validated in our experiences. But to get there we must unlearn basically everything that was taught to us before we understood what it all meant and how we would carry it throughout our lives.
On this podcast I will be sharing my own personal experiences, interviewing experts in fields related to women's issues, talking with friends and learning about other women's stories, heartbreaks and triumphs. There’s honestly nothing off limits, if it affects women I’ll dive in. But mostly, this podcast will focus on women and freedom. How we can free ourselves from every barrier we face. How we can curate our own lives.
It's not just me, women everywhere are asking questions. There is so much power there. The untapped power of women is something I am fascinated with and want to help bring out of us all.
