KQAL's Jiovani Bermudez Meets with author Najib Azad who has lived in Afghanistan where he worked as a spokesperson for the former Afghan president. As a result of the ever-growing conflict in his homeland, he left with his family to the United States, where he has written a memoir about his experiences. Najib came to the campus of Winona State University as part of their Global Education Week. In the event he discusses his life in Afghanistan and the experiences he had coming here.
