Life truly has its ups and downs and we are all currently experiencing that with the current pandemic. This was the last (in person) podcast we did before the lockdown period where we discuss the highest and lowest points that we've been through in our personal lives and how we came through it.   This is a very real and deep one but we hope you enjoy it and hope everyone stays safe!!
