Our theme this month is behaviour change, from both a personal and a professional perspective. We talk to some of the unpluggers about their Sober October journey and catch up with Alan Oram from the wonderful Alive with Ideas, one of the sponsors of Comms Unplugged and creators of our fantastic brand.

CU20 was the Comms Unplugged that wasn't when coronavirus forced us to cancel. Not to be deterred though, some of our unpluggers still gave themselves the time and space to unplug. Teamunplugged's Sally and Georgia led the way with their annual pilgrimage to Burnbake in Dorset (home of Comms Unplugged) for a #CUfor2.
