Valuable Lessons from the Real World
This is a great podcast. The topics are relevant, current, and timely; the guests are genuine people; Peter asks the questions you would want to ask. Highly recommend.

It’s obvious Peter puts extraordinary effort into finding guests that are authentic and truly care about being a positive force in this world.
Each interview find the perfect balance of diving into the hard and soft skills required to thrive these days. Highly recommend listening and subscribing to CTO Connections if you want a great balance of quality topics and informative discussion.

Not Just for CTOs
This podcast provides excellent content not just for CTOs but also for anyone in Technology leadership. One idea for improvement - have more of a conversational format rather than a rigid interview.

Required Listening
If you are an engineer who wants to, or who has already moved into management (especially a CTO/VPE position), this is required listening. The hosts get GREAT material out of their guests, and I don't know if it's the questions, the incredibly articulate guests, or both, but regardless... this is seriously helpful insight. I wish their were transcripts, because I want to go back to parts, especially when they ask each guest about their engineering values.
The way the talk about problems will help you think differently about the problems you face.

Great dive into what CTOs deal with everyday!
I've listened to a few episodes so far and have found insight and inspiration. Hearing from people who have lived and worked through challenges makes my path forward just that much easier (or at least clearer). Great questions to keep the conversation moving from the hosts.
Keep up the good work!

A few CTOs sharing a great conversation
StartupCTO is a great informative podcast for engineers, managers and leaders alike. Miles and Kevin share great conversations with passionate and successful CTOs who have been through the trenches. Startups aren't all fun and games and they get down to the nitty gritty to talk about the best ways to work towards the common problem a team is solving. Highly recommend!

Fantastic subject matter great depth!!
I have listened to several of the podcast episodes and have enjoyed and learned from all of them. Most recently I re-listened to episode 0.17 Quantifying Engineering w. Travis Kimmel of Gitprime. This episode describes how the desire for info on engineers progress starts at mid management who are responsible for predictability. It goes on to explain how Gitprime allows engineering leads to be accurate advocates for their teams. Great discussion about remote workers as well, I work remotely half of the time and found the advice and information on how to best manage projects and communication with remote workers extremely interesting. I will be thinking about the importance of an inclusive engineering culture for awhile.

A must for startup tech leaders
Love this podcast focused on startup technical leadership. The hosts have great interview style, and the content is interesting: as the CTO of a small startup, hearing from leaders with a wide range of startup experience fills a big void in my list of must-listen-to podcasts.
