Celebrating love and pride in being “unapologetically Black”.

Session 57- Positive Vibes Only; My Mental Health Mayters

I am Cherron Diggs a leadership facilitator and life coach who loves learning . I wanted to do this podcast for two reasons, one, I love educating minds and two as a leadership facilitator who develops micro learnings for leaders, I said why not create micro podcasts for people to listen, learn and laugh. The concept is to share bite size discussions that will leave us full. Delivering educational information to mobile devices and social media platforms. This podcast will follow the philosophy I use on my website REDKEY which means reach every dream keep educating yourself. I strongly believe education is power and I love this quote by Benjamin Franklin that says “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest”. The goal of the podcast is to share a “DID YOU KNOW FACT” to develop and educate us in each of the six keys 🔑 of life( Spiritual, Professional, Personal, Family & Relationships, Wealth & Finance, and Health & Fitness) which you can find on my website www.onered-key.com. Be sure to listen and be apart of the couch time experience. it’s a podcast where you’ll enjoy each educational therapy session while you learn and laugh.
