Live music is a right of passage for many youth.  In this episode we are going to look back at some of our first concerts, favorite concerts and the times we played in a live show.  Music is influential in many people’s lives.  Today, we explore how music has affected us, whether it was the first concert with friends, or ones our parents dragged us to, or our first concert by ourselves.

We are making this recording on Labor Day weekend, 2021.  It’s the unofficial end to summer, pools close, kids go back to school, and in many parts of the country, the weather starts to change.  Today, we are looking back on what made this change of season special for us, what we did during those times, and the fond memories we have, as well as what we have to look forward to this year.

We did not expect a summer break, but here we are, and with that, we are starting season 2.  What have we been up to all summer?  Movies, Baseball, Cars, Projects and more.  We will also take a look at the start of the new school year, and new mandates, and the fun we'll have and new adventures we’ll go on.

There is no doubt that covid changed a lot in our lives.  Most of us became more isolated, were unable to see our friends and family as we wished or go to a store without wearing a mask.  Today, we are going to ask, are all the changes and sacrifices we had to make for covid bad?  Should some of the new rules stay, should some of them go?

Space, the final frontier.  Sure, Star Trek, Star Wars, Buck Rogers, StarGate SG-1, Battlestar Galactica, and many more have piqued our imagination for decades, but what about now?  The Sci-Fi scene is strong, with shows like For All Mankind, The Expanse (one of the most scientifically accurate shows ever produced), and Doctor Who (still going strong), but something has changed; for the first time in a quarter of a century, people are excited about space again.  They want to go back to the moon and beyond.  NASA is cool again, and SpaceX is even cooler.
