Everybody's got CRUD. It's HOW we deal with it, that makes ALL the difference. I am a Human Traffic survivor and victim of child abuse. I've had to learn how to deal with that pain, in order to move forward and live the life that I was meant to live. I've been helping people deal with their crud for years. So that's what we do on this show. I’ll be answering your questions and some weeks I’ll have special guests with me sharing their insights on how they deal with THEIR crud. We’ll laugh, maybe cry and encourage one another as we get real and deal with our CRUD.
