Black Lives Matter
Why is this audio file so long? The time from the last word of the statement to the last second of the track totals 8 minutes and 46 seconds. 8 minutes and 46 seconds doesn't sound like a long time until you are confronted with just how long it can drag on. 8 minutes and 46 seconds is how long it took to end George Floyd's life [https://www.8m46s.com]. At the Scavengers Network, we support the nationwide protests against police brutality; because Black Lives Matter. It is not enough to simply be “not racist”. You must be anti-racist. This is not a matter of “differing politics” nor is it something that is up for debate. This is about human and civil rights. We must make Black voices heard. Amplify and listen to Black voices. We have always been committed to using our platform to raise others up, and do what is right. Please, join us. Deleted Scenes: Britney Spears, Master Of Not Breaking
Neither of us is normally super excited about deleted scenes, because they’re usually deleted for a reason. But in this case, there’s at least one with some really rather important information that would have been pretty great if they’d left it in the movie, and there are a BUNCH of truly amazing Justin Long moments. Credits: These Four Goofballs, And Also Justin Long
We’re breaking form slightly this week, but trust us, it’s for the best. We’re in the credits, which are also a music video, but it’s in-universe? Theme Music: “Crunky” by Freedom Trail Studio

Minute 90: Crossroads: The Victor Ho Story
In the last pre-credits minute, we get a bit of a post-performance epilogue that calls back to the beginning of the movie. James and Erin have different memories about what kind of terrain it takes place on and the credits begin to roll which brings us to the person you've all been waiting to see. Everyone's favorite Unit Production Manager: Victor Ho!!!!! Next week we're going to have two slightly longer episodes. One will be about the credits performance of "Overprotected" and the outtakes interspersed among it. The other will be about the Deleted Scenes, some of which answer a lot of questions we've posed over the course of this movie! So stay tuned! Theme Music: "Crunky" by Freedom Trail Studio

Minute 89: Bob Saget: Not Britney Spears
It's....haha....it's a short episode today as Britney/Lucy finishes up the concert video/audition. So Erin and James talk about whether either of them have seen Britney Spears in concert. And also other concerts/shows they've seen. Theme Music: "Crunky" by Freedom Trail Studio

Minute 88: Bon Jovi, 98 Degrees, Metallica, and Britney Spears
In this episode we talk about the song "I'm Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman" about as in depth as we can. We talk about it's chart history, what award it won, and even do a deep dive on Wayne Isham, the director of the music video for the song (as well as lots of other songs you've heard of) Theme Music: "Crunky" by Freedom Trail Studio

Minute 87: Sleeves by JNCO
In this episode, we discuss the best bit of stage business Dan Aykroyd does in this movie, pot lip balm, the American Idol feel of the performance space where Lucy is singing...oh and we touch on the shirt she's wearing just a little. Theme Music: "Crunky" by Freedom Trail Studio

Minute 86: Pop's [REDACTED] Apology
Pop gives his best (?) attempt at an apology, we talk about Lucy's response, wonder about what the cab driver is doing, and prepare for a week of performance in this, the stretchiest of home stretches. Theme Music: "Crunky" by Freedom Trail Studio

Minute 85: Things That Have Keys
We learn about “Spy Kids”, which is a random and weird thing to happen on this podcast, but also not the WEIRDEST thing to happen on this podcast. We also contemplate what “Crossroads” by Stephen King would look like. (Also stick around after the outro music to find out where the episode title came from.) Minute 84: Ladies? Let's Roll.
Lucy and company prepare to fly home. It’s a light minute, not a whole lot happens, but we’re still confused about exactly what capacity Lucy was planning to participate in this music audition thing, because people keep talking about her coming to the audition but after the karaoke situation where Mimi blanked and Lucy took over, it’s rather unclear who is actually going to be doing the auditioning.
