As the United States considers restructuring what it means to police American cities, it might be time to consider what it means to restructure our churches to make sanctuaries for hurting people.

How has the white church in America gotten to the point where it will support somebody that appears completely out of line with their way of life? Fear is a powerful tool and people will use it for their own personal gain.

Why aren't Christians more openly condemning police brutality? Why do Christians feel like they are the ones always under attack? Let's examine their history and see if we can figure something out.
