What started out as a true crime podcast has grown to be so much more for me. It is time we make the connection between trauma and crime. The more I watched these shows I started to see patterns that I could relate to, and I think a lot of us do. Maybe that is why people love to watch crime shows. It shows you that you're not alone and teaches you or confirms the signs. It is so important to know what a health relationship is and what a toxic relationship is. I provide a large variety of different topics, but most are trauma related in one way or another. I speak with survivors and professionals who tell stories of what they took away from their own journey, sharing helpful tips and tricks.
