This Saturday morning we travel to France, specifically the area of Jura, home of the wine" vin jaune". This is where Guillaume d’Angerville, of the famed Burgundian Cotes du Beaune home of  Domaine Marquis d'Angerville decided to set up and expand the family business. Jura is where we find the property d'Angerville decided to produce wine under the moniker of Domaine du Pelican.
