Here at Creme & Carmel we are striving to bring men's mental health to the forefront. We think that in recent years it has been getting more and more attention but not enough men are actually taking steps to take their mental health seriously. So my partner Carmel & I are linking up every Sunday and talking about it. We are talking about major stigmas that men face in regards to doing certain acts, and feeling or showing emotions that we're "not allowed to feel as men", and more. Thanks for tuning in!
