Get inspired by creative entrepreneur and realtor Janel Muhammed, who shows us how to think outside of the box and follow our passions to make a profitable business. Janel took a childhood love of staging houses, mixed that with a zest for travel (and curiosity about homes on foreign soil!) and created a unique business that she loves.
Though it's sure that Janel's 2020 plan is changing right now, (we spoke in January),with an innovative mind and spirit like hers, it's clear that she has the right attitude to navigate any challenge.

An uncertain future is part of life, no matter how much we can fool ourselves to think otherwise when things seem stable. We never know exactly what's around the corner.
Most entrepreneurs, including myself, have had multiple pivots. Sometimes it's out of dissatisfaction and a hunger for purpose - seeking that place we're supposed to be, where we feel put to good use.
Other times it's out of necessity. The way we've done things isn't working anymore and we have to do something different.
The most potent pivots can happen when it's both. We are being forced to change out of necessity and we move towards passion, instead of collapsing into our fear.
That's what Gina Molinari did with her career and one reason why I'm sharing her interview with you first.

Are your company meetings optimizing expensive company resources? Maybe they are ineffective, boring and/or frustrating?
Meetings are a problem area for almost all my clients. They're thought of as a "necessary evil", "inherently inefficient" and a big old time suck.
But that's not good enough for me and it doesn't need to be for you. Meetings are one of the biggest opportunities we have for teams to collaborate.
I've put together four reasons why your meetings aren't managed well and - most importantly - the tools to fix them.
It's all in the latest episode of Crazy Busy, How to Run a Successful Meeting
