She and I share a different range of what mental health can look like, as someone like me who is an extrovert and someone like her who is an introvert, we had different experiences in our life noticing when mental health has become more and more of a subject. She shares about her past and also how life is now, as she has faced a reality of series of mental health.  We talk about different aspects and how some things can make our life worse or better, and how we found certain things to help us. Also, as an FYI, we are not skilled professionals who know or can diagnose someone with anything. Hello and welcome back! It is 2022! But to start this episode, I got to let out some serious steam. A lot has happened between the last episode and this one, where it did not just affect me, but also my surroundings. It seemed like the world was ending in just a tragic way because everybody's mental health was just off the road.  In the same time, I just talk about things I learned and things that happened to me and what I changed from one year to the next. Should we have New Year's resolutions? I don't know, but I think not. It doesn't really work. But what works is maybe just not setting any and focusing on things you want to do, and I mean physical things. Life is scary and I talk about it. Just as how life is scary and changes as well.
