I am back with a new chapter of the podcast. We have truly missed sharing with you. This episode I share some insight into what growing up in a wild environment like a bar in Reading, PA was like for me. Recalling the past has stirred up a lot of emotions, but the Cozy was real and raw, and home is home. Growing up in a bar in an urban environment has a mix of positive and negative experiences. On one hand, I was exposed to a diverse group of people, music, and cultures. On the other hand, I have been exposed to drugs, alcohol, and crime. My experience has shown me to some of the most interesting, beautiful people I have met. These experiences have shaped my life. Reflecting on my youth has inspired me to continue to seek out people, perspectives, and ideas to share with our audience. Therefore we are “opening” the doors to people outside of our studio.
