Courtenay makes you feel seen and heard
Courtenay has a way with her words and uses her voice to bring change to this world. She is the ultimate hype girl for so many small businesses and brings her fans into a world that most don’t even talk about. Im not a fancy lady or a Cowgirl (technically) but I feel like I’m a part of the club because of how she puts no boundaries on who is allowed in❤️ Thank you Courtenay for this podcast! Great listening and interesting guests.

Why haven’t you listened yet? You need to.
In an over saturated podcast market, the Cowgirl Problems podcast shines through because of the authenticity of Courtenay. She’s genuine and is true to her roots but shares new perspectives and thoughts. She’s a true broadcaster and that makes it an easy listen.
Hey, Courtenay, keep doing what you’re doing!

Fancy Lady Cowgirls are ok, or not?
After listening to the recent episode of Cowgirl Problems, I’m confused. Courtenay often talks about how she’s a fancy lady cowgirl and the industry should still accept and respect her as an advocate even though she doesn’t always look/dress like your typical farmer/rancher. I respect and relate to this message on a deep level. That is why I’m very confused about her rant in the 12/16/19 episode about girls who wear dresses and heels to the NFR or any rodeo. So it’s not on that they’re dressing like a “fancy lady” at a rodeo? It cheapens what it means to be a cowgirl if another woman wear heals to a rodeo but you still want to be respected and accepted when you feel like wearing heals or other “fancy lady” attire? I’m not giving up on Courtenay because I generally find her entertaining, but this specific message and conversation is frustrating to me.

Courtenay has a gift of connecting Ag folks and people from all other walks of life. Looking forward to future guests who open our eyes to the champions of Ag that aren’t what you’d expect! A great resource for us in Ag who need a push to connect to those who don’t spend their days immersed in plowing fields or tending livestock.
