Today I'm reading (excerpts) from books of highly functioning brains, about brains. These 5 experts' work helps me reflect on me, my Self & I.The Brain is a topic I've been fascinated with since I heard comforting voices soothing me as a child. I understood more when I began studying alternative medicine in 1980, the human energy system & human emotion. I knew then, that the right & left hemispheres functioned independently, had their own memory banks and each process information & experience differently. By understanding & working my process through art over the last 40 years, I've managed to engage w/& exercise the right side of my brain. In this episode, I try to connect what really matters so I can come to a place of the clearest understanding. The least understood organ in our body might be our brain. 🙃 I'm also setting up next week where I highlight & show practices to help drive new pathways in my brain. There's an ongoing theme rising as I produce this podcast: that seeking (Peace) can sometimes mean diving head first into the rabbit hole on purpose and trusting that we're doing that together.
