How we connect to one another matters and we do best when we can come from a place of the clearest communication.
This is NOT A HOW TO session. We all have many layers that make up the complex characters that we are. Circumstances may evolve that further complicate our development, our perceptions and our 'inner most' thoughts, beliefs and ideals. We can often be unaware of how patterns and attachments with others can continue to influence our lives. Lynda & I discuss this as well as go through a session where I help her cut cords.
