Today I'm using notes written a few years ago while focusing on Compassion, Connection & Communication.

How we connect to ourselves matters and we deserve the same compassion we serve others. Community is determined by these communications.

How we treat one another matters because we have not been taught HOW TO. We've been encouraged to compete. To win at all cost. The division in the hearts of our ancestors is not our burden now. NOW we have a new opportunity before us, to use the chaos of our times to listen. There are stories that NEED to be heard at this time. How do we learn to listen when we're so focused on the divide? We must learn to listen to our mistakes. How do we learn from our past if we're too uncomfortable with the pain? How do we create conditions where we can hear the truth for the betterment of us all? These are just a few of the paths I take this week. Seeking Peace means getting up close & personal with the whole story.
