living in japan and being half japanese has taught me a lot about japanese culture. how things are supposed to be and not be, what you can and cannot talk about and sometimes this shit is really problematic. many people think japan is this amazing, innovative, forward thinking place and people (and it is) but japan is also very racist and sexist. these are some of my personal thoughts and experiences i hope u will give it a listen.
