It deconstructs the psychology of the way we relate to the world and our true identity rooted in the core of infinite consciousness, the creator of all life. You are not your thoughts you are infinite awareness and your mind and heart are tools to process and radiate it to the world

When we listen to another person's words, micro or macro, we gain a deeper insight into their emotional and cognitive psychology. This equips us with tools on how to approach the conversation and how to not only deepen our bond and connection, but also leads to more productive conversations and more effective communications. Consistency has to have come from a place of knowledge and awareness for it to remain and stick in the long term. If it's based on a good mood or our feeling alone it won't last because our feelings fluctuate. To add something to your regimen that you want to be consistent about try and batch it with something else you are already disciplined and consistent about.

This is a general overview about the four elements within existence and how it has to do with the way we process existence within these four layers of the human psyche. Fire is ambition,will hunger. Air is intellect. Water is heart, emotion, feeling. Earth is practicality.
