Testing failures have plagued the United States response to Covid-19. Diagnostic testing failures have contributed to the spread of Covid-19 in addition to failure to adhere to the original CDC recommendations in terms of social distancing and wearing of masks to contain the infection rate. Bad judgement and politics continued to further plaque the ability to get our arms around Covid-19 in the United States.
