Hour 1 (10.07) The Dodgers bounced Atlanta and are headed to the NLCS — yes, yes, yes — with Milwaukee or the Padres waiting, and eight wins from a Natty. Do they still say Natty, or is it Wussy? Timmy doesn’t care. He grew up a Dodgers fan and hasn’t been this wired since 1981, already talking parade if they match the last team to string three titles together.
Then his old friend, Emmy-nominated author Brad Meltzer, stops by with the latest in the 40-book “I Am” series, “We Are the Wright Brothers,” to talk about putting good into the world, teaching kids history, and working with icons like Jane Goodall and Dolly Parton. Timmy’s editorial notes: add Caitlin Clark, Spielberg and Simone Biles are already on the list, and somebody needs to launch an “I Was” series starting with Bruce Jenner.
