Season 2 of Conversations with Ollie Mac is here! Ollie Mac continues his trend of engaging in new and bold conversations! In the first episode of Season 2, Ollie Mac discusses a stereotype that dates back to the Jim Crow Era. It is known as "The Sapphire Caricature" but known to everyone else as "The Angry Black Woman" (ABW).  ABWs has been popularized in the cinema and on television and even former First Lady Michelle Obama has been described as one! Ollie Mac along with special guests Dr. Tonya Phillips and Ms. Cheri White discuss why this stereotype continues to exist and what we can do to steer away from it.
