"I love animals. Like animals are my thing ... when I saw this, it was something that was unique and different and I thought 'you know I feel like not as many people are involved in this sort of thing and I wanted to learn more about primates," Mrs. Wendy Turner explained. "I do not want to be a background actor … I do not want to [act] for a paycheck. I get a decent paycheck as a teacher … and I can help people and change some lives, that is a worthy career," Mr. Michael Mau said. "I don't want to switch my career to acting so I can make less money and work longer hours. I want to do something big."
