Sometimes things happen in life that we have no control of and sometimes there’s nothing we can do to help someone ease the pain from things that are going on in their life! All you can do is be a friend, be there, should they just need to talk, scream or cry!

When conversations bring in floods of memories from the past! This is what happened when I spoke with my cousin! We both had memories or traumas we had not shared with anyone! A high range of emotions were unleashed! Healing is not for the weak at heart! ❤️💕❤️

Life is a learning experience and some lessons are definitely harder than others! As long as you learn the lesson you don’t need to repeat the class!

Hurricane Beryl has taught me a valuable lesson about being prepared for unexpected disasters situations. As I watched many people in my area who were not prepared experienced a not so easy situation. Stay ready so you don’t have to get ready! ❤️💕❤️💕
